Program Coordinator Description
The Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Collaborative Discussion Project (CDP). This includes managing digital content and platforms, coordinating communications and outreach, and assisting with program delivery. This role maintains and updates CDP systems, supports the creation and promotion of program materials, and ensures clear, consistent communications aligned with IF’s brand.
The Coordinator also provides administrative and technical support for training and events, manages registrations and data systems, and co-facilitates programs alongside the IF team. In addition, the role engages with participants, coaches, and partners to support a growing community of practice while contributing to overall program effectiveness. Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and thrives in a remote workplace environment. They should have demonstrated
Experience supporting content and digital platform management (e.g., Google Workspace, Wix, Thinkific), with strong organizational skills for managing shared resources and information.
Ability to assist with website and Learning Management System (LMS) updates; familiarity with digital credentialing tools (e.g., Badgr) a plus.
Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience drafting newsletters and content for diverse audiences.
Experience developing and formatting program materials (e.g., discussion guides, toolkits, learning resources) and creating visual and digital content (e.g., Canva), with a strong focus on clarity, accessibility, and alignment with brand voice.
Ability to support outreach and communications efforts that promote dialogue, participation, and community engagement.
Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support the delivery of programs, trainings, and events.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated interest in fostering inclusive dialogue, civic engagement, and meaningful connection across diverse communities.
Small group facilitation experience is a plus.
